Contractor Shipping

Shipping Documents:

 When sending recovery equipment in for repair, a shipping document should accompany each shipment.
Or you may use the Broadway Services Shipping form which can be found here for your convenience.

Or you may use your own form and include the following information:

A. Contact person
B. Phone number
C. Fax number
D. Return shipping address
E. Model and serial numbers of the equipment

Repair Costs:

Minimum repair on all recovery equipment is $142.86

You will be contacted for repair approval when the estimate is completed.

In the event you make a “no repair” request:

To return the unit unrepaired there will be a tear down charge ($64 – $93 depending on type of unit) plus a return shipping charge.

A “field scrap” order will have no tear down or shipping charge.

Warranty:

1 year labor warranty on parts replaced only.  Parts warranty is per manufacturer.

Factory Warranties:

A copy of the customer’s invoice on which the unit was purchased must accompany factory warranty repairs.  A warranty repair does not extend the original warranty of the unit.

Billing:

All repairs are shipped AFTER payment is received.
Florida contractors will be charged a 6% sales tax.
Payment by Visa / Master Card or company check only.
Payment by company check may require a minimum 7 day delay on shipping equipment for the check to clear.

Shipping:

When shipping vacuum pumps PLEASE drain out all of the oil before shipping.  Place the pump in a plastic bag before boxing.  On recovery units that are shipped with foam peanuts, please put unit in a plastic bag before boxing.

Repairs:

BROADWAY SERVICES repairs all brands of recovery equipment and handles factory warranty repairs for most manufacturers. We handle non-warranty repairs on vacuum pumps, meters, leak detectors and digital scales.
